Dr Lee has dual specialist fellowship in Pain Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine.  She is appointed as a Pain Specialist at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Chris O’Brien Lifehouse. She is also an academic staff at the Faculty of Medicine and Health, University of Sydney.

 

Her areas of expertise include management of pain in those with trauma, complex medical issues, degenerative conditions, joint and muscle pathology, neuro-immunological conditions, women’s pain and cancer. These are built on her experience working in the Department of Neurology, Department of Pain Management, and as a sports doctor in regional and national sporting events.

 

She believes in understanding the person, not merely treating the disease.  She values holistic approach. She provides medication management and interventional treatment.

 

She is a strong-minded patient advocate and she constantly strives to provide the best available care. She is actively involved in research and has presented at national and international medical conferences. She is also passionate in education of medical students and junior doctors
